Catalano and Sons announced as recipient of the annual 2022 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Dealer Awards.
Catalano and Sons is proud to announce they are the recipient of 2022 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Dealer Awards. These CSI awards are presented annually by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and Rollick, Inc. to dealerships that provide excellence in the areas of customer sales, and service.
The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Awards honor dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Catalano and Sons is being awarded because of having effectively met the needs of our customers and provided them with a superior sales experience, and service.
The 2022 CSI Award dealer recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year. Data is collected as part of a survey of customers who purchased a new boat between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022. For this reporting period, the program surveyed more than 175,000 customers.
